Not the Brightest Bulb|
Kenneth "Flamesaw" Murphy was just your average run of the mill enforcer for the Halloweeners before he ran into Shadowhaven runners. He'd throw paint on things; he'd set them on fire; he'd crash one car into another car, and he'd hit one person with another person. He was a good ol' boy that loved fun and guns and anarchy.
But all that changed after running into Samsara and her crew. When the scraggly poser tried to stand toe to toe with him, she was a joke. Until she wasn't. To show her how tough he really was, Kenneth pulled the pin from a grenade and held it between them. She put her hand on his to call his bluff. He'll always remember the electric sensation of her fingers on his as that was the last time he had a left hand.
The Haven runners, recognizing game, brought him to the Skraacha to be patched up. In homage to his humble beginnings with the Weeners, he decided on an extreme cyberlimb replacement in the form of a flaming chainsaw. When necessary, treat this as an Ash Arms monofilament chainsaw spec modded to do fire damage. It should never, ever be necessary to do this. Kenneth's ganger buddies now call him Flamesaw, but--when asked--he'll tell you to call him Kenny. Kenny just wants a little love and respect, and maybe--just maybe--to rekindle that electricity once more. But--like--without his fingers exploding. That part hurt.
|Not the Brightest Bulb||If you're not very, VERY explicit, Kenneth is likely to do the wrong thing. If possible, Kenneth will complete the action as requested, but not as intended.
Additionally, if you don't meet the required hits for an active check, he may--at GM's discretion--botch the action entirely to the detriment of the players. When possible, this should happen in the least opportune, and most hilarious, manner.
|Firesaw||Kenneth's left hand is a literal flaming chainsaw. He gets a bonus to intimidation checks and appropriate actions (such as mild--you know--like kidnapping) where having a terrifying flaming chainsaw for a hand would be a benefit.|
|People Pleaser||Look, Kenneth's trying to be a better dude. With that change, he's got to rebuild his sense of help, so he's looking for a little support and encouragement. Off table, this has no positive affect on dice rolls. On table, at a GM's discretion, Kenneth may receive a bonus 2 dice on active checks if sufficiently encouraged and fawned on by the players.|
|Fraggin' Handsome||You hate to admit it, but Kenneth's a good lookin' dude. It doesn't matter if you're not into dudes or not into trolls. Game recognize game. This has no actual positive affect on dice rolls off a table. On a table, it has no affect unless the GM decides it does. It was just important that you knew.|
