The City Watch are an organized group of real life Super Heroes. While technically independent, they are backed by Horizon in exchange for exclusive broadcasting rights of their heroics. The members are required to wear SimSense Recorders, cameras, and are expected to allow camera drones to follow them and record their heroics. They are also expected on occasion to take part in thwarting staged crimes for the show Superheroes of Seattle, of which the City Watch are the biggest stars.
- Use their abilities and sense of justice and decency to protect the innocent in any way possible.
- Assist and cooperate with local authorities, stay out of their way but assist in areas where the authorities do not have the resources to address the issue.
- Bring down the Neo Assembly
The Watch House
The Watch House is a secret base in the Puyallup barrens for the City Watch. It is an underground base, clearly well funded, hidden under a dumpy little shack which is guarded by an unassuming redneck named Clemmett with a large shotgun named Martha. The central rug of the dumpy shack hides an elevator, which when activated will drop down into the underground bade.
Inside the base, there are gun racks, a workshop for drones, a magical lodge (Shaman) providing a ward for the entire lair, and a terminal set up with agents who scan the publicly accessible feeds for crimes they may wish to jump on. The central table can convert itself to a large 3D projected map of the metroplex of Seattle.
