A generic 'wared up Amerindian Elf Ganger and Organlegger.
Make Nuyen. Buy fancy new 'ware and guns. Make more Nuyen.
Trevor grew up to mixed parents in the Salish-Shidhe Council. His parents were poor, and while they tried their best, between Trevor and his siblings, they had a lot to handle. As the oldest, he started doing petty crime to help his parents and his younger siblings out. Stealing, breaking and entering, and small time drug dealing all to help his parents and his siblings.
Of course, this was starting out. His small time work got him picked up and beat by local gangers for dealing on their turf, before being 'recruited'. From there he slowly moved up as his skills grew. With his skills, his rep increased, and he moved on from local ganger dreak to big picture ganger drek. By the time he joined the Dogmen fully, his almost viritious approach to small time crime to support his family had been twisted towards intimidation, muscle, and eventually, organlegging.
While working, Mr. Incognito managed to contact him for some dirty side work in Seattle and has since learned that crossing Arbite would be a bad idea.
